How is the Xbox One benefitting from Play Anywhere?

Xbox One itself might not benefit much but MS certainly will. Every single game that is "Windows 10" exclusive will most likely be locked to the Windows Store. This is probably the best way for MS to get people to use the damn thing and to perhaps upgrade.
