When you say kill. What exactly do you mean? It won't sale now? Like incredibly low sales because of the announcement? 

Yes, I think that the Scorpio announcement will lower the Slim sales, and the Xbox One sales are already not that good. Why buy an Xbox console now when the "most powerful console ever" will release next year? At least everyone should wait for more informations about the Scorpio before buying anything else... A new console should be announced as close as possible to the release!
