They said fully compatible.

"Project Scorpio will launch at the Holiday season in 2017, but most notable is the fact that all games and all accessories will work across the Xbox One, the Xbox One S and Project Scorpio."  https://www.engadget.com/2016/06/13/microsoft-announces-a-new-super-powered-xbox-console-project-sc/

This is a mid-generation upgrade.  That's why this is not a big deal and most likely not a game-changer.

Then I think Scorpio is simply stupid.I mean, its going to be 4 times more powerful and wont be able to use nearly half the power because its going to be hold back because of XOne.Or the Scorpio version will be so much better, that if you play the XOne version, you will feel like playing a different game, much like Black Ops 3 with the current and last gen versions.

I dont know, I cant see nothing good coming out of this.

It's just like buying a $1200 PC instead of a $800 PC.  People will pay a LOT of money to play Ultra High instead of High.

Scorpio/Neo are for better visuals, better framerate, 4K gaming, and VR.  Xbox One, especially, has trouble with resolution, so that should be solved.
