 I love most of the cheap-ass games, especially stuff like Doctor Lucky series and far too many more to name but I'll try:  Bitin of Headz, US Patent #001, Exploding Cow, Before I kill you Mr. Bond, Lord of the Fries, The Great Brain Robbery, Witch Trial...and thats about all I got...

Civilization (the board game..holy long-ass games)

Werewolf - Requires no purchase of anything..simply played with friends, I actually learned this game from Richard Garfield (invented a ton of games including MTG, RoboRally, Vampire: TES, Netrunner, BattleTech, the StarWars CCG, and a few more as well.
