I don't get MS's plan, announcing this early, Scrap NEO? PS5 in 2018?

Oh damn good point they did do this before when things wern't working out. I always thought evenly matched = long generation last time around. This is to force Sony make a new console. They reckon drawing sales away to next year is worth it hit them this year, because it will hit Sony harder and mess up NEO VR etc long term plans. Makes sense. It's dramatic sony need to something dramatic, I still like the scrap NEo announce PS5 around Scorpio lauch plan. Knock it back at them if they try to steal you thunder, wait no those two cancel out
