I think the issue people have there is that Microsoft could easily put these games on W7. Like, there is no reason in the world to make them W10 exclusive except to force people to switch to W10. That would be a pretty crappy tactic, to be honest, and I wouldn't blame anyone for being annoyed. No, Microsoft doesn't have to do it but it would win them goodwill if they did. Obviously, though, they are less interested in goodwill than in simply making people move to W10 regardless of the method. They've made that clear and they deserve to get raked over the coals for it. They're being really anti-consumer and they're going to get away with it because they hold a monopoly.
