The 90s were generally pretty good for America, better than the 70s or 80s and definitely the 2000s I would say.

Bill Clinton is the only president to have a budget surplus in the modern era, America was involved in no major wars under him, but he did get a blow job which is a royal stick up some people's asses. 

Never said I set the idea in stone. Then again, I was wrong. Wont deny it.

 

Anyways, if bill was decent, do you think hillary will be as well? Just wondering.
