re: Okami looking good, cell-shading is an effective way to get more out of a less-powerful system. Jet Grind (for the Dreamcast, the first real cell-shaded game) still looks awesome IMHO. re: RE4, it's quite un-even. The beginning (village/lake) and end (island) parts of the game are truly 'next gen', but a lot of the middle (mostly the castle part) doesn't look near as good: tonnes of texture-shimmer and just meh design. I think that's because the castle parts were carried over from an older, abandoned version of the game (which was to be 'supernatural', hence things that make no sense like the suits of armour attacking you). ...then again, while the dynamic over-world in Twilight Princess looks incredible, the static dungeons are pretty meh.
