I hear them Canadian snipers are pretty good.
Chances are some American would do it long before they got around to it though lol... There's probably some person out there right now making plans for Trump should he go all Dr. Evil on the world.
When was the last attempt? Was it Reagan? These things usually happen every 20 years, we're actually quite overdue.

The funny thing about Canada is the US would really only need to move the line about 100 miles north of the border to encompass nearly the entire population. Many of the regions even share highways.
