So what the fuck have you been doing with that PS3 this entire time. Seriously.

I had my PS3 for about 3 months before I bought a game for it.  I wanted a Blu ray player and with the future of BC unknown I wanted to get a 60gig while I could.  I didn't get to play many PS2 games because of school so I wanted the option there.  It wasn't until a few months ago that I finally started giving some PS3 games a chance and I've enjoyed what I've played for the most part.

Ratchet - good platformer if a little different then what I was used to (Mario).  The weapons are fun to use and graphics are beautiful.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma - the original Ninja Gaiden for Xbox is still one of my favorite games so I had to pick up the HD version

Heavenly Sword - I finished this a few weeks ago (got it at the Gamestop buy2get1 sale).  It's ok.  Way too short and would have regretted buying it new.  The combat is fun, story is good, but length is a problem and I hated the six axis controls for it.

Resistance - just started playing this about a week ago.  So far it's pretty fun. I haven't gotten very far in it so not ready to give a final verdict but the I'm excited for the next installment.

PSN games.

SuperStardust HD - Think Geometry wars controls on a 3d sphere.  A very fun shooter and great price

Locoroco - ehh, I liked the PSP game but this is just a short level to play.  Don't regret buying it because it's cheap but wish it was more like the mobile version.

That's all I've played so far.  I downloaded the Uncharted demo and didn't really like it even though it seems like most did.  It's good to see that some people are saying it's a bad demo and I'll probably check it out once I finish some of the backlog of games I still need to play.
