And yes there is various porn which is sold but contains characters from videogames, yet only Blizzard seems to care here even for the free fan made stuff. 

Even if they are doing it free and not trying to make money (which I doubt) it's still not fair use because of the bolded.

And FYI I just checked, searched 'Overwatch Tracer' on google, went to images and there's a Tracer dick pic on the first page...

It's easy for Blizzard to argue that that is damaging their IP, thus not fair use.

Blizzard could easily talk with google and prevent this, you can even flag pictures yourself to be removed
