It's not surprising for anyone who has ever opened the store front.
It's a shame and wasted opportunity. It's worse that it was expected.
I think everyone is surprised at how the Xbox one launched and has sold whether they admit it or not. Before the start of this generation I think a lot of people, devs, publishers and game journalists thought this was the generation MS was going to really take off with.
