If they're using that Valve engine and game assets to make this, then Blizzard can certainly request that they take that porn down.
It's not that they're looking through deviantart and elsewhere taking down all drawings, but those that specifically use their property are not protected.
*Edit* it's a pointless effort, though lol... They may be able to take it off of pornhub as pornhub does work with people to avoid lawsuits, but you can't keep such things off the internet. For whatever reason there's people out there who really want to see cartoonish characters banging (by internet standards this is only like one deviation from mainstream compared to what else is out there hah), and so long as there's demand... :p
