So using ingame assets to do all kinds of mods is okay, but doing porn is not? I see all kinds of in-game engines being used from Mass Effect, Silent Hill, Dead or Alive or Resident Evil in Porn clips and gifs.
But this is the first time i see a company cracking down on this fan art, wow not even Konami did this, shame on you blizz

I don't think you can really moan about Blizzard in this case. They have every right to do this and it's not at all surprising.

If you've seen porn of other games, firstly it may not have been in game assets anyway, but even if it was how can companies shut it down if they don't know about it? Overwatch porn is actually popular so it's not exactly hard for Blizzard to notice it.

Yes there is plenty just go to a site called Rule** and put any game you like in there, there is plenty of 3D animated Gifs even for old and not succesfull games like Silent Hill 3

They dont have every right to do so, the porn is offered for free. Its fair use. And lets be honest kapi even if they wouldnt have used the ingame assets and remodeled the characters Blizzard would still go after the work and claim its their Intelectual Property blabla. Why do people even side with this company, they are opneing the box of pandorra here?

It's very simple. Mods = good publicity! Porn = bad publicity!

Publishers like: good publicity!

Publishers don't like: bad publicity!

So why hasnt Nintendo went after Porn made made from Nintendo characters? Because there is better things to do
