We need less punishment for drug users (should only be treatment not jail time) and more punishment for people that actually hurt people other than their own bodies like rapist, murderers, molesters. The problem with USA is that our prisons (now mostly private) are overfilled with non violent drug offenders while we let rapist and molesters out early due to the overcrowding.
