I'd promise my first born to old Blizzard. New Blizzard is all about the cash, and they will be incredibly succesfull for sure. But they wont capture my imagination, they won't induce massive hypelevels and they wont get my money anymore. After the disgustingly bad story of Starcraft 2, and the terrible first version of diablo 3, I'm spent. The initial overwatch reveal trailer made me cry, but I have ZERO interest in the game. Hearthstone got boring in a week or two, HotS is for mindless casuals.
I have no doubt that Blizzard will continue their dominating presence in the gaming industry. I just don't care about them personally anymore.
