Personally, they should make a rule that anybody that gets caught raping automatically gets castrated. That'll definitely get the men to think twice about doing something so stupid.

I think rapists should either serve a very long time or have the option to come free much sooner if they decide to have an irreversible physical castration and  and after going through extensive therapy and resocialization programms.

Harsh penalties haven't proven to work as a deterrent and inflicting bodily harm (beyond restriction of movement) on prisioners without consent is not something I'd ever agree with though.

haha true.  But I definitely agree that they should be in jail much longer like Cory Batey.  6 months in prison for this is just a joke.
