Strangely I'm having trouble thinking of much... I've had fairly good luck with picking so far.
I suppose my mom's effort to get my sister into the Genesis via Barney's Hide and Seek is easily the worst I've ever played, but it honestly seems designed for 2 1/2 year olds.
Otherwise, I think it'd be unfair to mention any of my Atari or Intellivision games as the technology just wasn't strong enough. I did have the misfortune of renting Superman 64, but that's too common an answer.
SOOOO I guess I'll go with Barney's Hide and Seek.
