Isn't pay to win because everything that have eff on the gameplay is purchasable with in-game coin, it just take some time.
The Runes are very expensive but i managed to purchase 2 pages of Runes.
The game have Champions of several prices, They don't price from the more powerful to the less powerful but from the newest to the oldest, The prices are 450, 1350, 3100, 4800, 6300, 7800 (Launch week Only), each time a new Champion launch the oldest of each rank drop 1 rank of price, you can get 6300 IP with a week of Gameplay.
I Played for 2 years and managed to purchase 100+ Champions.
I Will have to wait 1 more year before I change my PC, i hope that people will not stop of playing League of Legends before I'm be able to back, It happened when i was playing Grand Chase and it was so sad.
