Let's paint it in a situation that more often happens.
You show up at a bar, you meet a girl that is shitfaced. She's all over you, and tripping everywhere. She slurs asking you to come back to her place. You go to her house and sex.
You show up at a bar, you meet a girl who has had a couple drinks. She seems into you and asks if you want to come back to her place. You go back to her place and then sex.
Personally, 1 is not cool. 2 is fine.
