For Sony: You're doing fine, maybe introduce some more Japanese IPs to help get Japan back into console gaming. Reintroduce the old IP's, you're sitting on a goldmine. Get some better Plus games for that people that play them.
For Microsoft: Why are you still in the console business? You've been unprofitable the entire time. Not tryna throw shade, but you didn't take over the living room with the Kinect, you ruined Rare and flopped everywhere outside of NA. Why are you still here? I know there's no money in console hardware so no one wants to buy Xbox, but why do keep taking billions in losses per year? LOL. Keep doing your thing I honestly have no advice for you
For Nintendo: CONSOLES ARE FOR GAMERS AND DEVS, NOT FOR SELF SERVICE. Get 3rd party support. Do not innovate if that means the console is going to suffer (bad 3rd party, bad online, no hard drive, overpriced hardware like the gamepad, bad overall console value, ect.) You are not the best current day dev, you arguably have never been seeing as Square was outdoing you during your best console (SNES), meaning the best SNES games were 3rd party, so make the NX 3rd party friendly. Get some better marketing too. Also like my Sony suggestion, reintroduce IP's. Where's my Advance Wars, Metroid and F-Zero (Hopefully with no input from Miyamoto)?
