Ah Diablo II. That was a game I would consider myself addicted to. I still play it from time to time, but back when I first got it was when I was the most addicted. Lets not mention the pain of losing items :(

I would also say I was addicted to Counter-Strike as well with the addiction mainly coming from when I was younger (junior high and freshman year of high school). I wasn't nearly as bad as others who love throwing out things like racial slurs, but I threw out my share of 'noob' and 'gay' cracks.

Online games can be fun as hell, but it's too bad people try and make the experience annoying as hell. Thank god for the mute button.
