I mean it's possible this is happening, but with Xseed, I feel like this year has been a bit atypical for them. They're now publishing indies and an admittedly nice looking Touhou game? I think what happened is now that they're finally able to dive into the Trails series, which they've noted many times for how engrossing it is, it's set back some of their other plans. I have full confidence they were waiting to announce some of the other Vita exclusive RPG titles for fear of announcing them too early. Now that they've nearly completed Trails 2 and with e3 around the corner, we'll get some of the announcements we probably would have gotten earlier. ...I hope.
