Sony - stop sitting on that pile of great IPs and put some of them to work! Seriously, this is simultaneously a strong point but also their Achilles heel. They need to find a balance in creating new IP while maintaining their existing portfolio.
Nintendo - the innovation you want to bring every generation is fantastic. It has moved the industry forward numerous times. The problem is, sometimes your innovations are too 'out there' and show a disconnect from your core user base. Release a console, and innovate slightly each gen. Small steps, but don't fix what isn't broken.
MS - I just can't fathom the market being better off with you ever leading the pack, at least not with what we've seen and had glimpses of. I think you should exit console hardware, focus your efforts as a software developer and go 3rd party/multiplat. You can reap the most profits this way, reach a much wider audience and not have to worry about whether or not the Xbox division is profitable. Everyone wins.
