Look at what you just wrote.  Who do you think actually believes that?  Can you identify a regional or national group that adheres to this?  What percentage of people do you think believes this?  What do you mean by "side"?

In Brazil that is a thing. a lot of SJWs that blame society for all crimes the criminals make, unless the criminal is a white cis man.
