Probably just means Sony is willing to Clock the Cpu & gpu abit higher to squeeze every last drop out of the hardware choices they went with.

The cost of doing that? the PS4 neo will be noisy :p 

The fan will likely be running at higher speeds than planned, if theyre doing last minuet reaction speed increases.

Then a revision comes along later down the line and has better cooling that then "fix"'s the issue.

So, is there no CPU upgrade that wil fit into a price point?
