Of course it may not be the final specs but the clock isn't that much under spec. There are so many things we don't know but it is still quite a jump for a console. And since consoles get more bang for buck due to less overhead, this basically ensures that all game can run at 60FPS. I think people will be pleasently suprised. You are basically looking at all game running at 1080p on Ultra. I would like the Neo PS4 and I will probably get the 480 for my PC.
