Well, he looks unwell. Bloated and puffy the way alcoholics typically do. It was not meant to be an accusation, merely a deduction based on observation.
Why is it dangerous though?
Maybe I am wrong in my assessment of his physical state. Maybe he has some kind of illness and has to take copious amounts of cortisone to keep it in check, who knows. He has my sincerest apologys if I'm wrong (not that he gives a shit) but what i said is the most likely explanation for his physical state, imo.
