It "could" be interpreated as her not wanting the black guy, because hes covered in paint & dirt/sweaty.

The asian guy that comes up is not just asian, but hes no longer dirty/sweaty or covered in paint.

It doesnt mean Asian > black.

 

I dont think this is enough to be offened by, and labled as racist.
