Both ads are politically uncorrect, but not racist. The Italian one has a clear sexual double-entendre based on a positive stereotype about black people physique and dick size. Both ads are vaguely inspired to old Italian cartoon Calimero, that was actually created to advertise a detergent (and that years later was accused of being racist by dumb, humourless and ignorant, but presumptuous people that didn't understand it was created in a different context, with a naïve and well-meaning mindset and in a period when the concept of political correctness didn't even exist yet in Italy), then it became a full-fledged cartoon series and was also licensed in Japan.
