It's unfortunate, but these people notice that European countries' allow very easy terms for non-natives (whether that be refugees who need it or people who abuse the system) and thus go there to live an easier life. The net effect is a weakening society because these people have kids (usually at a higher rate than the natives) that sometimes carry on this careless mindset due to the environment they were raised in.
