Not asking for 10/10's at all but I'm not blind enough to take notice of people who are cray for SP games, who hold them up high and go "meh" to shooters or MP based ones and then turn around to complain about them, it really doesn't add much weight to the topic at hand because we know how those debates are played out. You'll eventually notice how dull and irksome it can become when the same guy(s) who dislike MP based games will keep coming in complaining that they aren't pandering to them or fitting their desired spec dreams, all without taking notice that maybe the game isn't aimed or suited for them.

I don't like the Total War or Civ series for example but I don't dare demand they turn strictly into C&C games to appeal to me or knock down their quality/score, I'd rather just ask someone else to make a new C&C game instead.
