The "It must have SP and all my wildest dreams involved or it;s not a good game" crew should really just stick to what they clearly love best, SP only games and just leave the MP games to those who love them. Battlefield and COD along with Planetside 2, TF2, CS, many other shooters have no actual story injected into their core multiplayer matches because that's not what we play multiplayer competitive shooters for, if you truly think that is exactly what they should be then I'm sorry but you should just step back and stick with SP games because that is not what MP games are made for or aimed at.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
