Man, Capcom is really running that well dry. Remasters for the REmake, Zero, 6, and now 2 and 5 on the way.

Anyway, for those interested in playing RE5, I would certainly recommend doing so with a friend. It's one of the better co-op experiences from last gen. If you're an RE purist, you might be turned off by the focus on action and absence of horror, but as a third person shooter RE5 is a lot of fun.

Nothing wrong with Remasters on games that didnt have a HD version (i.e. REmake and Zero for an example).

I understand about 4, 5 and 6 since they were technically HD last gen..xD.

But if it helps them to make RE7 and the remaster for RE2 and RE3 (and possibly Code Veronica X) - then let it be :P!

I'm certainly happy more people got to experience the REmake and Zero, the latter being one of my personal favorites.

But it just seems like overkill. I understand wanting to celebrate 20 years but this seems less like an anniversary party and more like a pretext to re-release old content.
