Nay. GPUs are advancing at a very fast rate, but our Internet infrastructure is at a snail's pace. By the time cloud gaming is ready with the Internet infrastructure it needs to function properly, there'll be GPUs in our phones several times more powerful than a PS4. We're better off advancing hardware to be more powerful and more efficient than to bother with cloud gaming.
