Where are you getting your info? cause the leaks i hsve seen has been clear to say the PS4 is using a GPU with 36CU. Thats 18CU more than whats on the curremt PS4. And from the same leaks, the rumoured clock speed is 900+Mhz, thats how they arrived at its rumoured 4TF+ performance rating.
These are all rumours tho, but where or how are you arriving at the PS4neo being 30% more powerful? I am actually curious to know.
