You marry with someone, you don't force the person into it by using such low ways. I would advise against a marriage with someone that have a low morale. And I would advise against a marriage after such a precedent of enforcing the other one... that will not end with a marriage, that will get worst.
But in your case, clearly when you say "I don't have fund or time", you set it as a low priority, you set her as a low priority. Depending of the way you say it to her, your situation, and how much she made clear she wanted to marry, that can hurt. I mean if you come back from a drink party with friends, driving your brand new car you just bought and tell "I don't have time or money for your bullsh*its about marriage", she's fair.
