Short Answear: Yes.

In my Opinion:
Transformers was okay (not fantastic but it looked okay)
Starfox Zero & Guard = below avg.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhatten = looks below avg / bad.
Scalebound (last time we saw it) = looked very rough, lack of polish.
Nier Automata = This looks good (I think they focused most resources here)
Verdict: I think they are spread to thin atm.
The good news is Platinum isnt scared to put in work. I think if they just slow down a little bit, you ll see quality of projects shoot up.
