Gamerscore And Trophies. How Much/Many Do You Have?

I'm lvl 9 on psn.
I've played alot of games on pc so there goes alot of trophies.
Plus Sony never had the change username option so I changed a few profiles in the ps3 era.
But I do keep track of how many games I have completed.
