Next to PC, they'll always be "underpowered". So upgraded hardware won't changed that. Relative to themselves, however, they are what they've always been: fixed hardware.

I want to play FF15 at 60 fps but I don't want to play it on PC my only hope is for NEO to do this, though I think even NEO is too under powered based on rumors to achieve this.
