MS isn't that stupid to announce a cheap Xbox one this year and announce one that's really powerful to come out next year.

I fully agree, but that's what the rumors say and Microsoft has done some extremely dumb shit in the past, such as the entire Xbox One reveal and the original Xbox One's plans, and even being dumb enough to launch the XB1 with a mandatory purchase of the Kinect.
