I agree!

I love the original Infamous. The pacing and sense of progress was excellent. And I really enjoyed the underground platform sections.

The second one just didn't do it for me. The graphics are a huge improvement and the UGC is really cool, but it disappointed me in a number of ways. The characters appear less sympathetic, the story seems undercooked, the pacing is uneven, and the enemy encounters feel like a grind.
