So resolution is only important if you are comparing the PS4 to the Xbox one then? Resolution is obviously an important factor to people on these forums, I assume even to you with several posts talking about resolution over the past few years.

And if you think the PC is only offering more resolution, framerates and multiple displays, then you haven't really been paying attention to the platform have you?

And yes. It will be on PC one day. All console games end up on PC eventually. It's called emulation, PS3 and Xbox 360 emulation is even underway and thus Uncharted 1,2 and 3.

Emulation can only go as far IF someone is willing to burn a lot of time to make one.

Still waiting on a PS3 emulator myself. Or a proper PS2 emulator for mobile devices.

Yet they aren't gonna show up anytime soon so yeah..... We're all gonna dream about it that it's ready and available when we want it.

PS3 emulation is happening extremely quickly. - http://rpcs3.net/
With some games already being playable, I wouldn't be surprised if in the next year or two we are able to play the Uncharted trilogy on PC in full 4k/5k.
I remember people on these forums saying it won't happen for years due to the Cell being so difficult, yet the PS3 emulator is farther along than the Xbox 360 emulator!

As for PS2 emulation, it's extremely well developed on PC now, mobile hardware still has some catching up to do though, but if you have an x86 tablet like Microsoft's surface it's perfectly doable.

But this is trending off topic now, probably best to make a new thread if you wish to discuss emulation?
