What makes sense to me is that the larger streaming device is actually a XBOX slim without BRD or internal HDD. That and the "normal" slim both should have updated internals from a die shrink. Call it 16 CU Polaris 11 with faster Jags. That would put it substantially ahead of PS4 in perf.
