I definitely agree the morality choices were more impactful in 2, but I also thought they were less interesting than those in the first Infamous. In Infamous, the line between "good" and "bad" was a little cloudy. It made those decisions more interesting for me. In Infamous 2, there is an obvious line between the high and low road, which made the moral choices less ambiguous, and thus less emotionally powerful.
