You really don't need a high end PC for this game. It surely runs even on PCs from 2009 or something

Seconded. It runs on my old crappy laptop. For reference, my graphics card is the integrated (came with the laptop) Intel 4000 graphics card. The only thing I paid extra for is a mouse
