Compared to The last of us this game was a bliss.
Tlou is just another run of the mill shooter. At some point i felt like Uncharted 4 was going to be the same but the strong characters, the story, my enjoyment of it's graphics at times and the pace got me through.
Mind you, being able to portray facial expressions like that is indeed amazing. But, once they don't give the same attention to everything and everyone in the game, those 'flaws' as i will call them, do tend to stand out more than they should.
I was shocked at the faces when Rafe and Miranda had a conversation at the auction. As well as walking towards the sea right at the start in Scotland... it shows you a picture that could have been a ps1 view.
The game was too long. Too predictable and way too easy.
That ledge is going to almost break when i grab it.
In order to solve that puzzle i probably need to turn my head and see the fucking circle/triangle pop up.
Oh that puzzle sends me to another puzzle? No way!
It's a corridor.
Lift this log or break that door... push triangle... yeah. no.
I shouldn't even go as far as to calling these 'puzzles' puzzles.
It was a great ride though. Not the second coming of gaming, but a great ride.
(i had to think about all the slander Heavy Rain got while playing)
