Need help fast! Are these laptop specs any good?

NOOOOOOOOO....

Dont buy a old 45nm Intel cpu.
That thing is reaally old and even if it runs 2.3ghz thats probably slower than a modern cpu at 1ghz.
Also the power drain will be huge.
