Nintendo - this was the easiest for me. So many great series guided by some very steady hands. Had to leave out a lot of good stuff, like Donkey Kong, Mario Kart, Metroid, and Splatoon - the last of which I think has a bright future, even after only one game.

1) The Legend of Zelda (Nintendo EAD/EPD) - I trust Aonuma to keep making magic
2) Super Mario (Nintendo EAD/EPD) - a series that's consistently great
3) Xenoblade (Monolith Soft) - this satisfies my RPG lust

Sony - that was a little problematic for me. Wipeout and its studio are gone. Uncharted is at an end. I don't particularly trust Guerrilla with Killzone. Who the heck knows what's going on with Team Ico.

1) God of War (Santa Monica) - this series still has potential, and the rumors of a new setting give me hope
2) Jak and Daxter (Naughty Dog) - I still consider the original Jak to be ND's best game
3) Gravity Rush (Project Siren/Japan Studio) - the folks at Siren and Japan Studio are trustworthy

Microsoft - this was the hardest for me. I would normally pick Halo, but I don't have faith in 343 to deliver the goods. Lionhead is closed. Ensemble is closed.

1) Gears of War (The Coalition) - I liked what I saw in the Gears 4 beta
2) Forza (Turn 10) - I'm not the biggest sim racer fan, but this is one of Microsoft's more reliable IPs
3) Banjo-Kazooie (Rare) - Rare is 15 years removed from its glory days, but I just adore Banjo

So that's it for me.

Three platformers
Two action-adventure
One shooter
One sim racer
One hack 'n' slash
One RPG
