Oh please, PR for games usually comes out in the first few days because it's usually in the form of copies shipped or some other tidbit. In this case, Uncharted 3 was overshipped so Uncharted 4 shipments would not have looked quite as good in comparison to Uncharted 3. So they waited for sell-through so no 1:1 comparison could be made between UC3 and UC4.
